VIDIUTOR is made in Miami by the team at Jaime Andres Media, a video production company that has spent more than six years producing work for some of the biggest clients in South Florida. We are not a software startup that discovered video. We are a video company that got tired of losing hours to our own archive.

Our founder, Jaime, took an unusual road here. Before he ever charged a dollar for a video, he spent more than twenty years in IT and cybersecurity. His background is computer science. He worked alongside technology firms like Microsoft and Google, and inside the Department of Defense, including work with U.S. Cyber Command and the NSA, where he rose to manage cyber defense projects. Security was not a feature of his job. It was the job.

Right before COVID hit, the other passion won out. Jaime started Jaime Andres Media out of pure love for filmmaking, and grew it into a six figure production company serving healthcare systems, corporations, and events across Miami.

Every working editor knows that feeling. The shot exists. You filmed it. It is on a drive somewhere, behind four folders with names that made sense two years ago. Meanwhile the client is waiting.

So Jaime did what a computer scientist with a camera habit would do. He assembled a small team of developers who are also working filmmakers, and for over eight months they built the tool this industry has been missing: search that works the way an editor remembers footage, running entirely on your own hardware.

That last part is not marketing. It is a career habit. After two decades protecting sensitive networks, "just upload it to the cloud" was never going to be the answer for client footage under NDA. VIDIUTOR indexes everything locally. Your media never leaves your machines. Version 1 has no cloud features at all.

VIDIUTOR exists to give editors their time back. That is the whole mission. If it saves you the afternoon it used to take to find one shot, it has done its job.
