The guarantee

Every VIDIUTOR license comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, counted from the day of purchase. If VIDIUTOR is not working out for you, for any reason, email us within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price.

How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with.
• Include your order number or license key.
• Telling us what did not work for you is optional, but it genuinely helps us make the product better.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days of your request. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Try before you buy

The 30 day guarantee is your evaluation period: buy VIDIUTOR, run it on your own hardware and footage, and if it does not earn its keep, get a full refund.
