Plain English summary: buy a license per computer, use it as long as you like, move it between machines, and do not redistribute the software. A full formal EULA ships with the application installer.

The license

Each VIDIUTOR license covers one seat, meaning one computer at a time. You may deactivate the license on one machine and activate it on another. Two computers may not use the same license at the same time. Your Version 1.x license is perpetual: the version you own keeps working for as long as you keep it installed.

Updates

Each new license includes one year of application updates. After that, updates and support are available through an optional yearly renewal. If you choose not to renew, your installed version continues to work.

Trial

The free trial runs for 10 days and indexes up to 1 TB of footage. The trial is for evaluation on your own hardware and footage.

Acceptable use

Do not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or the software.
Do not reverse engineer or attempt to defeat license activation.
Use VIDIUTOR only on footage you have the right to access.

Warranty and liability

VIDIUTOR indexing is read only and never writes to your media files. The software is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaime Andres Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
